If you have second thoughts about your purchase, you can still decide to return the item to us, without having to give any reason, within 14 calendar days of its delivery.

If you purchase as a "consumer", in case of exercising the right of return in accordance with what is illustrated here, you will have the right to obtain a refund of the price of the item without shipping.

We will refund the price of the item for which the return has been exercised within 14 days of receipt of your notice of your return. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the item or until you have provided proof of having returned it to Pettyitalia, depending on which situation occurs first.

Any costs for returning the product are at your expense. Except in cases where a free return is provided, if the returned items show damage or signs of wear resulting from handling that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same, we will be able to withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to the their decrease in value.

Please pack the product properly and return it using the personalized return label.

We inform you that we cannot accept returns made by hand delivery. For greater security, if the value of the product to be returned is more than EUR 75 we suggest you return the item to us by sending it with proof of receipt.
